Only reason I?ll give them one star is because of the product. Other than that, everything else is bad. I?ve had the same kid... take my order every time with his AirPod on. He seems lost as to what he?s doing, is slow and just doesn?t seem to care. I?veseen another kid take like 20 mins to make one drink, which made me not want to order that drink - even though that?s myfavorite drink at Cinnabon. I?m pretty sure I saw the owner today, who also didn?t seem to care about anything. It?s sad to seethat there?s no type of leadership here to make things better. As someone that works with food myself, it makes me questionwhether or not things are made and cleaned up to standards. Read more
The guy who is working here (male, mid 40, black) was extremely rude when taking my order. I don't understand how the owner of... this branch allow such rude behavior. If you don't know how trat customer with respect, you should find another job that doesn'trequire customer service. Read more
Cinnamon rolls seem to always be undercooked and I got food poisoning today from an undercooked cinnamon roll. Most of the staff... is rude too and give me attitudes when I order and only gets my order right every other time. I always ask for a regular sizedcoffee (the biggest size) and end up getting the small even though I paid for the big one. I don?t have time to have them remakeit since I only have 10 minute breaks at my job. For the amount we pay, I would hope my order comes out the way I ordered it. Seriously so amazing!! Was there on Wednesday the 23rd at 7pm and it was busy and the cinnamon rolls were so good. They were... warm and fresh and I dont think its possible for food to taste any better. Gooey on the inside. Didnt have to wait in line atall. Couldn't be happier.
