The wait was incredibly long for a soggy cheesesteak with no fries even though I ordered them. The cashier was too busy texting... at the register to accurately help the exponentially long line that only got longer. No napkins were available either which youneed for greasy soggy cheesesteak they charge $11 for. I will not be returning, we have never had a good experience at thisrestaurant or the food court of the Flatirons Mall in general. Read more

If you want the longest wait time in the food court, have them get your order wrong and get a greasy soggy mess, then Charleys... is the place for you! Avoid at all costs everyone was on their phone, which is the reason everything was so bad? Read more

Absolutely horrible, I would give zero stars if possible. The cashier ?Mia? literally didn?t say a single word to me as I tried... to complete my order. I wasn?t asked what toppings or condiments I wanted on my cheesesteak, resulting in it having everythingon it. The sandwich had so much mayo on it, (which I would have ordered it without, had I been given the chance) that the breadwas left soggy and flaccid. The cashier needs to be re-trained to know how to provide some semblance of customer service, or toat least show some form of acknowledgment to the customer. Charles Philly has been my favorite ever since I was introduced to it. I am from Texas and I always get my philly from grapevine... Texas location and never got disappointed, especially with the online order I always get my order right and the employees overthere is very nice and courteous but today I am very disappointed with this location. I ordered online which was ck philly comboand missing fries. Good thing I checked near food court and found out that the fries were missing I immediately went back totell them that the fries were missing, surprisingly there was no sorry or any apologies gesture instead the ladies wereunknowingly talking with each other. Literally no sorry at all. What type of a customer service is this? Like total lack ofproper management and 0 customer service. All I expect was an apology after messing up with my order?? Ordered online so that I could just swing by and pick my sandwich up. Order said it be ready in 6 minutes, I arrived 15 minutes... later. Once I arrived there were no pickup lines or signs. I asked the person prepping orders, they had no idea what I wastalking about with an online order, it wasn't in their system, they definitely hadn't made my food. I showed them my paidreceipt with their address on it, and they (and others) were like deer in headlights. So after about 5 minutes they decided tojust make my order as I told them. So what is the point of ordering ahead? It would have been faster for me to just show up andwait in the 5 minute line. If I were them I would just turn off there online ordering. As always once I got my food, it wasgreat. But ordering ahead was actually a slower option than just arriving and waiting in line. Lesson learned. Read more

The person work the register was very nice! The ladies that where working the line and cooking the food seemed to be to busy... talking about something.They where not interested Interacting with the customers that have order there food. I asked one forsome Condiments on the side and she had a horrible attitude! Also saw some small children in the back room. I was excited to try their cheesesteak and finally did so tonight. Got the largest one they offer and upon receiving it I... noticed at least a 1/3 of the sandwich had no steak or cheese. The rest of the sandwich was reasonable in proportion but farfrom full of steak. For a $10 sandwich I was highly dissatisfied. Read more

Not bad at all for the price. Steaks are very thin inside the sandwich. Still good.
