Be careful of shopping while you wait! They tried calling to say my table was ready. We were seated as soon as we walked up... wondering why they hadn't called so that was pretty great! As always, food is what we expected and they didn't treat us poorlyfor sitting a bit longer than we should have... chatting with my friend was wonderful. The food was amazing! I got the lunch combo with a 7" Margherita pizza and Mediterranean salad. Hubby got a lunch combo as well... with the Perpperoni Sausage Mushroom pizza and the Spinach Quinoi salad. The lunch menu is a great deal but the regular menuseems a little overpriced.i rated the atmosphere as a 4 because our bench and table could have been cleaner. Read more

My home is north of Fort Collins, and whenever we come to the Broomfield area to visit the mall, it's usually around lunchtime.... Today we arrived later than usual and CPK had plenty of seating so we could immediately find a booth. This time we ordered theMargarita, for which we are very familiar with the history. Poor customer and food service - the server is not attentive, short, took 15 minutes to take our order (4 customers in the... store)and did not know the regular pizza size.$27 plate served without white fish as in the menu, cold scallops in warm sauceand extremely minimal calamari and bay scallops (tiny) - maybe 6 each (wish I would have taken a picture). Mgr offered toreplace and I asked for Carribean Jerk pizza which I was told they no longer sell (but is in the menu). He did not charge me forthe main dish or the works pizza I ordered to replace the seafood dish. Lastly, the folks behind me just said their order wascompletely wrong and had to send food back. I ordered the pepperoni as it's the baseline that I judge all pizza establishments on and I must say that it was quite... delicious. The dough was crisped and moist perfectly balanced, and the pepperoni were all cooked to be delightfully crispy. Ialso ordered it with the optional truffle oil and it was a very good compliment to the pizza, adding an extra layer of nuancedflavor. Read more

Delicious bbq chicken pizza topped by "Butter Cake" with ice cream. Awesome staff with a smile!

I ordered for a pick up. When I went there the customer service was terrible. I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes with... out a single staff acknowledging I was there. One gentleman came out the back area stood in front of the counter and stared atme, when I said "hello" he ignored me and went back in the back. I know people complain about the serving size compared to pricein other reviews which is true. You can get just a healthy larger pizza for the family for the same price at local ownedpizzerias. California price, for a chewy flavorless micro pizza. Pass this place by and support local restraunts. 2 star pizzabut minus a star for terrible customer service. Read more

I've been coming to California Pizza Kitchen since I was literally a child, and to this location me and my brother have come to... a few times. we grew up in PA. Above all I've loved the food here for a long time but tonight's experience wasn't so good. I'mvegetarian and got a bucket load of chicken on a salad, everything that was supposed to be warm was cold, then the salad wasn'tchilled at all plus had some real bad looking greens in there. Also compared to the lunch prices everything was so damnexpensive $70.00 between two people for a subpar meal is not ideal for a recent college grad. Hopefully this can be resolved. Read more
