Fire. Absolute FIRE. These tacos are the bomb. The carnitas taco had some of the most tender meat. The deep fried fish tacos... were absolutely delicious. The only thing I'd improve upon is to have the bartender more on top of things. My water did runlow. I've worked as a server and bartender before and I never waited for the guest to ask me to fill back up. I'd check in fromtime to time and keep an eye on things. This is easily rectified with some additional training, though. It was a littledisappointing especially since there were only two guests sitting at the bar at the time but I'm sure it will get fixed in shortorder. The owner that I had the pleasure to speak with when I was there was a really cool dude. Great place to eat with the family. The tacos are awesome and very flavorful! I have tried some of the stranger ones and some... regular one. My wife loves the cactus one and I love just their alpastor. If you are a lover of tacos, need to try this placeout. I also recommend coming during happy hour. Read more

Best Pastor Tacos (pork) I've had in Colorado yet and I'm a Colorado native. They are perfectly crispy almost like chichorones....
