I always use the driver thru between 5-7pm on Thursdays because of my kid's after school classes in the area. They NEVER greet... you with "welcome to wendy's, how can I help?" It's always "yeah" or "hello" or "ok" like your interrupting some important highschool gossip session. They're always short staff. Sometimes the staff is friendly and sometimes never so much. I wish my kiddidn't like Wendy's so we can pick somewhere else to go. Read more
Went at lunch time, bought Dave's double hamburger and classic chicken say. Hamburger was warm but not hot . Chicken sandwich... was dry and hard, barely edible. I would have to be on the brink of starving to death before I would go there again. Read more

The staff there literally does not care and I have been told that directly by them! I really enjoy Wendy's but will go out of... my way just to avoid the Broomall Location. If you do go here double check everything because I guarantee your order is messedup. Read more
Pulled up to drive thru. They told me their system was down and it'd be 15 minutes. I asked "even for a pregnant woman? (my 9mo... pregnant wife)" Without hesitation, they pulled some strings and made it happen. Currently awaiting Baby James as his due dateis tomorrow! Thanks Wendy's Read more
Terrible service. Arrived and employee with his back to me at counter on cell phone just walked away. Employee eventually took... our order, interrupted me to say are you sure you want that. Ordered a plain single with cheese, had two separate employees askif I wanted my burger plain. Waited a few more minutes,got our food. Burger was good, fries were cold. Dining room was dirtyand by dirty, I mean sticky tables and trash on floor. Toilet was not working and trash can in parking lot was overflowed onthe ground. This Wendy's used to known as the better Wendy's in the area. Not so much anymore. Burgers super greasy, bun stale/ flakey.... Fries were ok Lines in store n drive thru were long. For being under-staffed, they all were busting out the orders as best asthey could (even though several ppl left). They were thorough with filling orders even with special requests they got them allcorrect.The lot was busy n needed some tiding up. When walking in there was trash piled up not the sight you wanna see uponentry. The restaurant itself was ok especially for how busy they are..
