Just some advice for the kids that work there, take your time, make sure to check your orders before handing them the customers.... Picking up food trusting its all there and then finding out 15miles later that its not or it's some other order isn't cool. Iveread alot if the reviews and i have to disagree with alot of them, Jack's a great place to grab a fast meal, prople need torealize that theres alot of high schoolers working there so they are pretty much experiencing their first job. it's a great fastfood place to eat. 5 ???? The place was really dirty when we ate there! The bathroom was filthy ! Our table and several other booths were also dirty!
They are always friendly at this Jack's. Our food is almost always ready when we get to the window.
The cashier acted like she did not want anyone to come in at all. I always speak and talk to someone but she wouldn't even... having it. She wouldnt even acknowledge the fact that i said good morning, how are you today? She just looked at me like justgive me your order. She didn't greet us, speak to us or even ask anything. I waited more than 20 minutes on a salad that are pre made i could see it sitting under the heat for the guy who could have... simply picked it up and turn around and hand it to me. Instead I listened to him complain about the orders that were being putin because several were kids meals and according to him these people should have feed their kids hours ago and it was 8:00 atnight. It?s ok every now and then but there?s been multiple times I?ve went on my lunch break at 11 and received the wrong food. Today... on my lunch break I went and ordered 3 piece chicken TENDER meal clear as day and then at the window I realized the lady did notask what sauce I wanted so I asked if there was sauce on the bag she confidently said yes there is, got down the road opened itup to a fried chicken dinner and absolutely no sauce anywhere in the bag or box now I know not to even waste my time. Driving overnight to a wedding in Alabama , and being the fastfood breakfast junkie that I am, I scan the big blue signs along... the interstate to see what people are eating. Then I see Jack's listed, something new to me. When I arrived at my destinationI started to research them, fortunately there was one not far from our hotel. I had a plan for breakfast. Breakfast Saturdayat 10:30am, the drive thru was full, so I choose to order at the counter. At that time of day you can get breakfast or lunch. Igot the #1 breakfast combo, a chicken biscuit with hash browns and a iced coffee, an had them add egg and cheese to the biscuit. I also got the sausage, egg and cheese wrap (burrito). The potatoes were delicious, as was the chicken biscuit. The burritois kinda small and simple, but has a small price tag also. I threw some of the crispy potatoes and hot sauce in the burrito andbrought it up a few notches. It was very good. Restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly. If I'm traveling throughthe south in the future I will definitely hit up Jack's again. Read more
Took 30 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. The 3 workers were too busy looking at their phones and laughing with the... customers inside to pay attention to the drive thru. Ridiculous. Read more
