LOVE Fusion Cafe. I came down to check out the pottery of a local artisan. I stayed for spinach artichoke and mozzarella... scrambled egg mix with the side of sausage. Took two blueberry lemon scones for the road. This place is so charming! Has anumber of consignment pieces from local crafters and artists. Fun place to get a bite to eat while shopping local. This was our first time to Fusion Café and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and engaging! The entire space is an... eclectic space that engages your creative senses. My wife and I both ordered lunch and our items were perfectly made. You cantell that everything is homemade and cooked with care. An absolutely phenomenal experience when my partner and I stopped by on a recent road trip? The space was welcoming and... expansive, the staff was delightful and informative, the food was delicious and made with care.
