I usually don't have a problem at this location however today 9/16/2022 was different. I ordered through the app and checked out... for drive thru. When I pull up to the speaker and tell the young lady I'm picking up a mobile order she says I have to come inand get it. I have a sick child with me so that wasn't an option. I ask why, when I checked out for drive thru and she proceedsto say THEY cashed it out up front so I have to come in and get it because it's policy. So I promptly point out that that'stheir mess up, not mine. She tells me to pull around so I do. I wait a few moments and she hands me out half of my order andtells me to have a good day. So we check and see that food is missing so I motion to her. She decides to wait a good minutebefore opening back the window when I tell her what I'm missing. She asks for receipt as if I'm lying and she can't see it onher screen so I hand it over, she doesn't say a word just closes the window. Another minute goes by and she opens again, handsme the other bag and once again says "have a nice day" in a condescending way. Meanwhile the manager is standing right next toher watching things unfold and didn't step in whatsoever. Which would've been fine had his employee been handling her customerswith a little respect. Didn't get any type of apology or reassurance, only made to feel as if I was inconveniencing them. Such abad experience I will be following up with Corporate to make sure adequate steps are taken. Tried the breakfast for the first time. Got tired of Macdonalds as their sausage patties are so thin you can almost see through... them . The patties at Wendy's are thicker and the croissant with egg and melted cheese are delicious and the potato wedges rockbut VERY EXPENSIVE 8 breakfast sandwiches and 2 potato wedges $40 dollars . QUIET QUITTING BEWARE! Don't waste your time. I've been ordering here for two weeks. Everyday I have to take extra toppings off... of my kids food. Consistently getting the wrong dressing for salad. Repeated missing items from order. WILL NOT BE RETURNING Read more

The only reason for two stars is because one of the two sandwiches order was hot. Can't say much on the other paid for sandwich,... it never made the bag. Took 10 minutes and $15 to get essentially a $5 biggie bag. All would've been forgotten had one of the 4employees, standing near the drive thru window the entire time i waited, answered the phone when i called to ask about it.
