Life is hard, and sometimes you just need a hot cup of tea. It?s even better when it comes with a smile, and a genuine barista.... That?s what this location has in Kris. Her positive attitude and genuine interest in every customer she serves was not onlyrefreshing, but infectious! She was thorough, efficient and kind. She communicated well with staff and costumers. She took thetime to ensure all orders were correct and everyone had what they needed. When visiting this area, I go out of my way to get mymorning tea and coffee from this store, because of the team! The atmosphere is nice and coffee is fine. But to wait 10 min for a regular cup of coffee is too long especially when there were... so many associates not busy. Other chains have figured that out. Hope Starbucks does too and maybe they will not need to charge$2.80 for the smallest cup of brewed coffee. Read more
I have been coming here quite a few early mornings. Aaron (who I usually meet at the drive through) is the most pleasant person... and his attitude starts my day off right!
