Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy John?s! First I?d like to say the customer service at this location is awful. ... It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times can?t be botheredwith a simple task like taking your order. Secondly: the food is comparatively pricy which is usually justified in that JimmyJohn?s typically provides a superior sandwich. Nope not this location. Not once has my order been correct or as requested. I?ve tried several times to give it a chance and they can?t seem to get it straight. Thirdly: I am let down as it seems thereis no quality control as management is seemingly never present. On this day I purchased my son a Turkey sandwich. Thesandwich I received was not even a slice of Turkey on a minuscule bread roll. $8.00 gets you not enough to feed a child atJimmy John?s! I attached two photos to this review. 11/13/22 I decided to give Jimmy John?s another chance. I did this becausewhen I lived in Nj all of the stores were great. Apparently not the case in Brooksville, Florida. This store is terrible. Ipurchased a kids sandwich and was once again let down. Don?t waste you?re money here. Every time I order from this location, the food is fantastic. Zach is probably one of the nicest guys out there. He always... thanks me for my business and welcomes me back. Wow! What a humiliating akward moment with owner himself...why offer to "support" the local kids with free sandwiches during a... hurricane and when the kids and parents come be very disgruntled telling me "he can't afford to put lettuce or mayonnaise on itbecause I'm already footing the bill", something no employee should ever say to a customer. And when I offered to pay for someveggies he told me no I just won't do it. I was so embarrassed and the kids felt awful about it. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.And like the majority of these other reviews shame on you for even offering. Read more

This location ROCKS!! Every time I place an order online just before leaving my house for work and in less than 10 minutes my... order is always ready and am greeted at the door. ZAC is my go to guy every time he?s working because when I arrive he stops tosay hello Luke and hands over my order. It?s a nice touch and I believe ZAC will go far because he is professional, a handsomegood looking man, speaks proper English, unique personality and a real customer pleaser.
