This restaurant/trailer was fantastic Spanish food. The best I ever ate and my sister is a Master Chef in Fort Lauderdale FL. I... tried several items from her menu and everything was done to perfection. If you want custom delicious food from Puerto Rico andsome from Cuba, this is your place. First time trying it and it was amazing! The seasoning was not too much and the food was not salty, this is a rarity because... most places (fast foods and restaurants) make their food too salty! Their tostones were the best I have ever had. I wish I wouldhad tried their yellow rice, I declined because I thought the rice might be too salty. I'll have to try it next time.
