Customer service is nonexistent. Had to order at kiosk after waiting approximately 15 minutes at counter to be told registers... weren't working. Kiosk menu is very disorganized & not current as to what is in stock in the store. It appears employees arejust collecting a pay check. They do not care about the customer's experience at all. YOUNG MAN AT THE WINDOW HANDED HIM A... 10.00(CASH) HE TOLD ME HAD NO CHANGEWHICH I THOUGHT HE MEANT COINS) SO I HANDED HIM 15 CENTS HE SAID NO I HAVE NO CHANGE NO ONESONLY ONE 5 AND 20.00, WELL I HAD NO MORE CASH AND FORGOT MY DEBIT CARD AT HOME.
