I've eaten here several times, but the service is relatively inconsistent. Depending on who is working when you walk in, you may... get prompt service and the next time it feels like the employees have a little attitude. The food is mostly very good, theprices are high with the exception of the weekly specials. Not bad by any means, but just short of a great experience and younever really feel like a valued customer, just a transaction. Read more

Not the best BBQ not the worst. BBQ is pricey just about anywhere ya go but we paid over $58 after tax for the family pack. The... two pounds of pulled pork was not bad at all. However the sides were skimpy. Pros- Pulled pork was tender and not dry, thesauces were great, Free Ice Cream cones? Cons- sides were just ok nothing to write home about and the portions for a family packwere skimpy. Would we give it another try? Maybe? Read more

Dine in Jul 29. Visited w/ daughter, her husband & g/daughter. I was SO disappointed. We were made to feel like we were nothing... but an inconvenience. (Not the "new" girl. She was extremely nice) We were all but ignored, even tho only 1 other patron camein. I know few places can compete w/ brisket from my home outside Lockhart Tx, but last Dickey's I went to definitely cameclose. THIS store I now know why there was only 1 other patron at 7:30pm. The person taking & preparing our order CLEARLY hadzero interest in providing a worthwhile meal. Despite the price tag, my brisket "meal" was a small lunch portion at best. I knowit was later in the evening, but to be given nothing but a small portion of culled brisket was THE ultimate disappointment. Eventhe rolls were stale, & when I mentioned this, I was given a look that said "So?" The entire experience was just like that. Ahuge disappointment. I have Stage IV throat cancer, and tho I didn't know it then, but it was likely the last time I'd ever havebrisket in my now much shortened life. Having grown up where brisket is practically a daily meal, for my last time to have mylifelong favorite food to have been such a disappointment . . . I can't even begin to express how terrible I feel for bringingmy family there. Read more

First, the minute I walked in the girl behind the counter had the meanest look on her face just just starring at me until I told... her why I was there without her greeting me at all. She then mumbled go to the other counter and walked off. Next, my order wascompletely wrong. I ordered 2 dinners with 3 meats, one of which looked like there were only 2 orders of meat because theportion was so small, so I had to order a 4th portion (it was all pretty dry with 1 baby sauce cup). This wasn't worth theprice. The sides they gave me were wrong so I when I brought it their attention I was told they "were out" of the creamedspinach for both orders so they gave beans and mac and cheese for both and nothing was said when I picked up the food. It wasreplaced with a Cesar salad to which I have never seen such a ridiculously small portion in my life *as seen in picture* thoseare regular size croutons by the way so you can get an idea how small the container is. They gave me ranch as my dressing for aCesar salad. Last but not least I ordered 2 unsweet teas and somehow they managed to give me 1 sweet, 1 unsweet. Needless to sayI won't be going back. First visit to Dickey's Brooksville location today 01/26/22 around lunchtime. Ordered Ribs, Chicken wings, sandwiches and a... slice of pecan pie for curbside pickup; ordered through their website. When I arrived I called and the lady that answered thephone told me they don't do curbside, even though their site promotes it. She however, was very pleasant and said she wouldbring it out to me which she did. The ribs were served dry with only a tiny container of sauce for a whole rack of ribs. Thechicken wings were inedible: They were tiny jerky-like pieces that were too dried out to eat. The sandwiches were fine butnothing to write home about. The slice of pecan pie was a tiny little wedge of pie that seemed to be half the size of what wasexpected based on the picture on their site. I had seen the location when shopping at Publix next door and looked forward totrying it out. Now, I did try it out and I'll never be back; a waste of 68 dollars. Read more

Okay let me start with the fact that the cook not sure if he is the owner, was a funny Dude. He talked me into a full rack of... Ribs. I got the onion string side. Swore they were the best around. They were very good. Good portion, priced fairly. It is niceto go someplace and have a crew that shows enthusiasm. Anyways, I enjoyed the meal and even had left overs. I also enjoyed theatmosphere which is important. See ya next time!!! Read more

$60 worth of food 24 wings that barely has any meat on them. All of them the same size as the picture. A slice of cheese (that I... paid 50 cents extra for) thrown on the wrapper of my brisket which was the only good thing about the order. I have brought up myissues time and time again by calling in and complaining only to be heard by a deaf ear. You will not get anymore of my moneyand I recommend that everyone else avoid them like that the plague. Read more

Came for lunch today with a friend. We ordered, and our food was ready for us rather quickly. We had the ribs and brisket. The... ribs were very good. The meat was tasty and fell off of the bone. Pleasantly surprised at how much meat was on the ribs. Thebrisket was tender and tasted great. We tried 3 sides also: coleslaw, baked beans, and the fried okra. All 3 sides weredelicious. This restaurant has Coke products to drink. Also, there is an ice cream cone machine for free for a sweet dessert. Wewill definitely return! Read more
