The food is decent but seems pricy. The employees are not always professional or helpful. The service is inconsistent to say... the least! The portions are definitely not consistent and will vary server to server. The quality of the food is most alwayshigh. My biggest complaint is usually cost at this restaurant. I?m really sad and disappointed. I love coming here for the fresh ingredients and huge burrito. I am very disappointed with the... service I got today from the team members though. The amount of rice and beans put in my burrito was a JOKE! I?ve never seenanyone put that little in it ever. I got my friend the bowl (Same price, they put way more in that) and feel I should havegotten a bowl and .50 cent burrito and wrapped it myself. Mind you, he didn?t get any lettuce or beans and I did! I was told bythe cashier ?everyone has different methods?. Different methods shouldn?t result in the lack of quantity or quality I receive.No effort to try and make it right and refused to offer and swap my tiny burrito for a bowl with side tortilla when I requested. I was wanting Chipotle and honestly almost didn't order it because of the recent reviews, but decided I was going to go ahead... and order and decide for myself. I ordered online and my husband picked it up. We got exactly what we ordered, my bowl was fullof toppings and a good amount of everything and tasted delicious, my husband's chicken burrito was massive and he enjoyed it.Everything was fresh. I will admit I have had orders from this location that I didn't enjoy but this one was not one of thosetimes. Read more
Great place to go and really nice staff. It takes a few minutes to get your food but your deciding what you want on it. Plenty... of seating indoors or outdoors. Not many places carry the coke de Mexico or the other glass bottles so it?s nice to havesomething different every now and then. Give zero if I could? Didn?t know going to lunch would change my boyfriends life forever. It has now been 6years of his life... still fighting with Chipotle , multi million dollar company, putting my boyfriend in the hospital from ingesting glass from aburrito he had on a lunch break! Let alone, while at the store spitting up blood from his throat and mouth getting cut from theglass. Then being a lab rat going in/out of the hospital to literally passing out and being rushed to UF to find infection inintestines from more glass found. This five star food chain putting blinders on and be oblivious to his health , medical bills,his livelihood!! 6yrs now and still waiting for Chipotle to kick in with there great customer service.. Today was the first time I went there. I purchased the steak bowl. It was scrumptious! The employees were very affable and... amenable to my inquiries and assisted in an expeditious manner. Their suggestions and explanations were spit on as well. Kudos! My hubby requested I ordered chicken tacos. He too enjoyed it bc it seemed to have vanished into the contents of hisbelly in a blink of an eye. It's safe to say he too, was a satisfied customer. I will definitely be going back to enjoy moremeals with my friends. I do wish there was a hard copy of the menu, so customers can have a physical copy and possibly bringback to their job, so other coworkers can order as well. All and all...excellent!! Read more
First time and last time for hubby and me! We ordered dine-in steak burrito and chicken burrito - both were cold and they could... not heat them. ( Offered to remake them but what good would that do. The food line was not up to serving temp.) Also they hadno ice, no forks or napkins. Fountain drinks were truly warmer than the burritos. Read more
