Had lunch here yesterday, 10.27.22 and the entire experience was excellent!!! The waitress was attentive and very accommodating... to some additional requests. The young man that brought out the fajita dish went above and beyond with offering best suggestionsfor future visits. Good food and great service! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town. The restaurant is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will say the restaurant has improved significantly over the past... year. Two years ago this restaurant was not so good. However, it appears they?ve changed management and have now come to newlevels across the board. The manager Nikki is friendly, courteous, and on her game. Edit: went back after a great lunch last time. Unfortunately this was the opposite. Food was ok, service was good but found 3... long curly black hairs. Neither myself nor my spouse have long black hairs. Informed the manager and was told he?d take 5$ off.FOR LONG COARSE HAIRS IN THE FRIES AND BURGER. Disgusting. The restaurant is chilis, no themed or fun mom and pop place,corporate decorations and Tex mex as deemed appropriate by some guy in a suit. Food was surprisingly really good, not just thenormal 6 out of 10 but actually 8-9 out of 10. I would like to start my review by saying that the intention with this is to help in a constructive way the restaurant or the... people who love to enjoy a plate madenwith the best products and efforts from the kitchen staff so the service is excellent. Theserver Jeremy was kind and attentive as well The other memeber of the lobby. The lobby was very clean perhaps their ceiling needsome attention due to some drops of water fell from it. Unclear exactly what it was but they need to pay attention to thoselittle details. I ask for a chicken fajita wich I was very excited at the moment to order but was disappointed when I receivedsteam paper and onion that usually you expect to have this look grilled or paned but in this case didn't have that look nor thetypical taste of a authentic fajita. I love chilis, and all my other visits have been amazing but unfortunately today there was a brown short hair on my slider, I am... blonde and my boyfriend long brown hair with red highlights. The server was super sweet and nice, the manager even came andtried to help. It just unfortunately spoiled my appetite.
