First time at this restaurant and I was impressed. Drive thru line was long, but moved quickly . I came on a Wednesday evening.... Always a great experience. Besides the delicious quality foods, I love the Christian backed management style and business... directives. They have the flow of customers to a perfection. We are from the UK on a family holiday and this was our first ever visit to Chick-fil-A. Our youngest son (aged 10) is a huge... fan having watched many YouTube videos, so much so that he arrived armed with various 'hacks' that he wanted to try! Uponhearing this the staff went over and beyond and were absolutely fantastic, taking time to talk to him, answering all of hisquestions and overall making him feel really special. The food didn't disappoint either, from the freshly prepared chickensandwiches, tenders and nuggets, to the waffle fries, mac-n-cheese, and even chicken soup it was obvious that time,care, andattention had gone into every item. Their food is always delicious and the staff are extra-nice! Love the free drink refills and the playground for kids! There was... barely a wait and they got our order right. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because the woman's bathroom wasgross. It had some kind of liquid all over the floor in the only stall that was operational. A female staff came in to use therestroom while I was washing my hands and she didn't even glance twice at the mess around the area. They had 4 staff probably onbreak right near the bathrooms who could see the water coming out of the ladies bathroom and no one did anything to rectify it.Seems they may lack pride in a clean environment. Usually we have no complaints, however, this last visit we received fries that tasted like the salt shaker lid came off and a... pound of salt was dumped on them. They were inedible, and the reason for the low review. The employee that allowed this tohappen, either doesn't know any better, or deemed this acceptable to serve. The only reason why it's not a one star, is becausemy daughter thoroughly enjoys the chicken nuggets. But promising your child french fries and then not providing them, puts me inan undesirable position; thanks for that! Read more
Best fast food place out there! Great food and wonderful service. Everything is clean and the food is served quickly. Wonderful... place to bring the whole family! Local note: If you dislike crowds avoid Wednesday nights when a church group comes in. This ismy favorite go to place to eat! Read more
I almost always get good service at Chick Fil A, but this location really outdid themselves. I stopped in for breakfast on the... way to a photo shoot. I had a little time so I preferred to come here instead of the McDonalds across the street. The drivethrough looked very busy, but I got fast service inside. The clerk who served me was very friendly and helpful. He answered acouple of my oddball questions and handled the transaction smoothly. My food was brought to me very quickly. Otherobservations: the building was spotless including the restrooms. Also, all of the employees seemed to be very friendly. I likeChick Fil A. Always had good experiences at Brooksville Chic fila until recently had 2 hairs on 1 sandwich, returned a month later and didn't... receive part of the order, money is to tight to be thrown away on poor service at any fast food drive thru. Very disappointing. Read more
