The worst service I have received. The staff was very slow 3 staff members 1 working. Instead all of the staff helping they just... watched their coworkers struggle to serve ice cream to us. Nobody else was there but us and then one of the staff membersinstead of assisting watched then served herself because the place was about to close. I have never seen anybody do somethinglike that before. They where out of everything no toppings no bananas. Very rude and felt like they didn?t want to be there. Worst store ever! They are always out of everything, no nuts, no chocolate syrup and hardly any flavors of ice cream. they can... not make a milk shake because the chocolate is soft???? I keep thinking maybe one day it will get better, because it is soclose to my home but that's will never happen. they are supposed to be open until 10 pm but if you go at 9:00 pm they will noopen the door.The employees are rude, won?t be going back. Closes at 10, got there at 8 and they had already cleaned the ice cream stuff and wouldn?t serve us. Also, every time we get... doughnuts there, they?re either out of everything or the doughnuts taste like they?re 3 days old. Read more
