Communication skills lacking here majorly! This is usually my favorite of the few I go to but not today.
No gloves and the lady making our ice cream cone was pushing the ice cream in the cone with her hands. Don?t recommend. they... kept our money and we left without the ice cream. Read more
The worst service I have received. The staff was very slow 3 staff members 1 working. Instead all of the staff helping they just... watched their coworkers struggle to serve ice cream to us. Nobody else was there but us and then one of the staff membersinstead of assisting watched then served herself because the place was about to close. I have never seen anybody do somethinglike that before. They where out of everything no toppings no bananas. Very rude and felt like they didn?t want to be there.
