Overall it's Arby's but when you have a hard time finding gyros you like and Arby's is better and doesn't have overly garlicky... flavor in their tiziki sauce and the meat isnt a hard crunch bite you cannot beat it. As usual the cheddar beef sandwich is myfave still though, and love curly fries with cheese cup. Lol. Read more
Smokehouse brisket is a delicious sandwich but lately looks like it was thrown together...a big mess! Today it was cold and all... falling out of the bun. Shame...it was always such a good sandwich. Read more
I've tried this place several times, each time there was something wrong. Please don't try the Buffalo chicken wrap! You know... those last few pieces of chicken at the bottom of a frozen precooked chicken nugget bag? The $6.00 wrap had 3 of those and 1tomato slice....the rest was wrap. I expect fast food but at least a little better quality idk. If your the owner reading this,try eating your food. I give a 3 only because I don't want a 2 star to impact the business, bc I think they can be improved. Read more
Not as good as it once was as fast food chains go, in particular I was appalled when I found out that the curly fries are more... like refried buttered mashed potatoes than real fries, and the dairy is not disclosed without hunting down the info online. As aperson with a dairy allergy I found this dangerously close to foolhardy. The basic roast beef sandwich is still pretty goodhowever, and the hours make it a good last resort if I am famished late at night. Read more
This Arby's has by far the tightest drive through I've been In a long time. You can just see all the scrapes on the curb along... the drive through. I also once got a partially raw chicken in my sandwich once. They replaced the meal and have me a coupon forone free small meal. Staff is friendly. I wish I could give more than two stars, but the drive through is just so poorlyconstructed that I don't even want to rush it at times. Read more
The Arby's on Cortez/50 in Brooksville Fl was absolutely horrible...we were in the neighborhood and my daughter was telling me... about their delicious crispy chicken sandwich so this Arby's was closer than the one she usually goes to...so we stopped in andordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal ....what we got was discusting!! I had NEVER returned food before but had no choice...the chicken patty was flat, burnt to a crisp and so hard and dried out there was no way I was going to eat that...went back upto the counter and the girl Manager said " oh I'm switching out the oil tomorrow". Then she suggested the ROASTED chickensandwich...so we got those, they were much better looking but the curly fries we got were also cold and limp and greasy!! In general, I like Arby's. It's a great place to grab fast food that isn't a hamburger. However, I was very disappointed by... this specific Arby's. The Good: - The staff was friendly. - Our sandwiches were good and the fries were warm. The Bad: - Thedining area was disgusting. Even though there were no other patrons in the business for the majority of the time we were there,every table was covered in food debris and the floors were dirty. - The drink station was a hazard. The floor was covered inspilled drinks. Additionally, the counter was covered in fluids of various colors. You could not set your cup down anywhereclean. Again, there were no other patrons for the majority of our visit. The drink station spills were there when we arrived andwere still there when we left. I don't expect a five star experience from a fast food restaurant. I do expect that it meet someminimum level of cleanliness. This Arby's failed to meet that low bar. I hope this was an anomaly and not the standard. Read more
