Worst customer service ever. Was at the drive thru menu (speaker) for well over 5 minutes and I guess because it was 30 minutes... until closing time, they decided not to acknowledge me. I wouldn't trust eating the food there if that's a reflection of thework ethic taught by management. I'm glad I left because chicken needs to be cooked right. Why do some cashiers allow multiple coupon use & others allow 1 at a time. They all need to be on the same page so customers... know what to expect. My company allows multiple coupon use in 1 transaction. I don't see why this is not allowed at all times.Bottom line, your recieving money in to meet your sales qoute for the day. Read more

Came here 2 days after Memorial Day to get chicken; employees seem nice, a little too nice. As soon as i pulled up to the... window, gave the young man my credit card, he walked off for a few seconds, pretty sure he took a picture of it before handingit to me. I canceled the card immediately after getting home and had to order a new one just in case he and his colleague triedto use my old one. Be careful using drive thru windows, only use cash if you can help it. Definitely not coming back to thislocation. Read more

They have really great food but poor slow service and never seem to have things that are on the menu. I asked for a breast of... chicken as usual and they don?t have so they as if I wanted a thigh as usual. Well this time I said no and complained about thesituation. While waiting 20 min for my breast nearly ALL the kitchen staff came to the window to look at me. The front deskclerk was cleaning counters then stopped and took an order without washing hands or putting on gloves. I?m a regular customerand have also applied for a job here.
