In a place where minimum effort goes into a job, this location works hard to destroy a franchise. The bun was dry and old, but... they only put the bottom bun on top. They forgot the top bun or purposely put a mess of a quarter pounder in a box. The friessmelled and tasted weird, probably old oil. The manager ignored the fact that her cook put just a bottom bun on top of a pattyand cheese melted into the cardboard and said these things happen. Yea, probably with your leadership. ZERO STARS. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The manager has no idea how to show any type of professionalism. It's like these guys... were picked up off the block to sell hamburgers. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Drive-thru is not just slow but they ignore you as much as you let them. When... you ask to speak to the manager she doesn't want to hear what you have to say. If you can avoid this place do it, it's notworth the headache and if you're hungry theres other places near by with good service that caren about their customers. Peopleat this McDonald's don't care! Bad attitude bad service, pulled to drive-thru waited more than 4 minutes and no one took my order, moved to the other lane and... took them long to get my large cup of coffee order, pulled to the window and told them why they are not taking orders, and theirresponse was, ?laughing ? when they gave me my coffee, I said why aren?t you acknowledging your costumers, she said we are on atime limit, time limit? Curbside Number 4 i guess was made not only for cars because it runs along side of a wall behind spots 1-3 . Im in a big truck... and they didnt want to bring me my order because they said its not a parking spot. Its clearly marked on rhe pavement and thesign is facing towards that space. The date was February 7 at 4 pm. I waited almost 1/2 before u received my food. Ive parkedhere before, and didnt have any problems. Read more
