Lotta love and hard work was put into making this BBQ. You can taste it ???? superb baked potatoe, mouth watering brisket,... potatoe salad on point especially that it was sliced (like au gratin style) not chunks. Our favorite go to BBQ spot. Been coming to Chef Randy for years. From Toddy Oaks, to Erma Rose, and now in Brookshire!!! No... matter where he goes, the food is always amazing!!! Full of flavour and packed with deliciousness!!! Couldn't stop by withoutgetting the loaded Baked Potatoe, BBQ Mac & cheese, chicken chefs special, pulled pork sandwich, and my favorite, the sweetpotato mash!!!! All so good!
