Disliked · Horrible experience, checked in only to find out the pool was at there location next door not the one we booked at... even tho it showed online it had a pool, when we asked to switch to other location they wouldn?t let us, we go to take out bagsand stuff to our room only to find food and peoples belongings all over the room. So back up to the front and they put us in adifferent room, one with a nice big stain in middle of carpet and stains of who knows what that was on the walls beside beds. Sowhatever we deal with it go for supper and come back and their were 4 people smoking pot right at the door trying to pass us ajoint as we?re walking in the main door to hotel, I?m carrying my 3 year old as he fell asleep and felt so disgusted. I told theclerk at front desk to maybe ask them to smoke there pot away from the front entrance but she just looked at me and then lookedaway. Then my wife gos to have a shower, she started the water and next thing lever to switch from shower to bath shoots out,and couldn?t make it work to have a shower. Took it up to the front desk guy an he chuckled. Absolutely unprofessional and whenI tried to call manager the Monday after I couldn?t get ahold of him. Read more

The room smelled, the chairs were filthy and worn, the bed was too soft, the air conditioner vents were black, the phone didn?t... work and the floor was sticky. Too much money. Motel 6 was half the price, cleaner and more comfortable. Read more
stayed here for one night and the photos they posted through Expedia were NOTHING like the actual room. the hotel was old and... other than the concierge area the stairs and rooms were OLD. Our room smelled like smoke and there were unknown stains on thecarpet of the floor. The washroom was old and outdated and the toilet made the loudest noise when flushing. I really don'tunderstand how this place got an overall 4.0 star because I would NEVER stay here again. Another thing was the AC did not workso airflow was terrible and hot throughout the night. I would consider this place a motel and NOT a hotel or inn at all. $100dollars a night for this place is NOT WORTH IT. I would rather pay 40 bucks more a night and go to the Ramada across the streetto get a clean place to stay. Read more
