I will try not to sound like a (Karen) lol. I will how ever be blunt, this place needs to get it together! Your food was... incredible, it was out of this world! The portions on my wife's plate, not to mention the mountain of Nachos I received made usvery happy. But waiting 2hrs for your food is just not cool!! But (My food was though). Her food was fantastic hot and veryyummy. But like I said waiting 2hrs for the best food in the world is still waiting 2hrs! Two waitresses for roughly 20-30people is unexceptable not to mention the oven broke down? These poor girls were running like chickens with their heads cut off.But then again they also stopped to make time to check Facebook or something on their phone so maybe it wasn't that bad. I satwith no food, and my pop was empty for at least 50 min before I was asked if I wanted more. My wife even had to get our own menuafter waiting for 10 min! So to Sum it up, #1 hire more staff #2 make sure you don't have faulty equipment and #3 make surethe customers are taken care of before your text messages are. Oh just trash. Staff was very inexperienced, food took over 1.5 hours, and when it was arrived it was garbage. I actually didn?t... even get my food cause they didn?t put my order in haha. We went here for supper and waited over 40 minutes for our food. We opted to just pay for our drinks and go. Our food actually... ended up coming out as we were leaving. It did look pretty good but unfortunately we were out of time and had to leave. Read more
The pizza was awesome! Our server was friendly and attentive as well. Everything was clean, and the service times were decent.
Was not impressed with Gus's the only good thing was the beer selection on Tap. Not really sure how you can burn French onion... soup but they did. Buddy I was with got baked spaghetti and it was cold in the middle. We waited for about a hour to get outfood and I think there were only 3 other tables in the whole place. Very disappointed. Should have just went to Taco Time asthe one in Brooks is the best in southern Alberta. Read more
