Walked from hotel. One block but felt like 10. So cold, snowing, north wind. But we’ll worth the walk. Ordered a Caesar. They... make the best. Especially with the slices of pepperoni on a small stick. Then I order a small meteor with half chicken withgarlic sauce and bacon. New flavour and it’s really tasty. Nice to have two different kinds . Place was busy but service wasfast. Friendly and restaurant was clean. Even had VLTs. Pizza was hot and really good taste. Will be back! Read more
I’ve been here twice now and the worse service both times. I sat for a long time, finally got served and wasn’t even looked... at again till the appetizer came out So we asked to get our stuff packed up and only had one drink since we weren’t servedproperly and they had a lot of waitresses on Read more
Updated an old review to 5 stars today. Picked up my food, got home and it was wrong. Called in and they were awesome and fixed... it fast! Earned that 5th stat today. Thanks! Read more
Worst service I've ever had. Ordered supper and had to find someone after it was brought to the counter to get silverware to... eat. After we got utensils had to find someone to get salt pepper. Took for ever to get the tab. Other walked in and got servedright away and waited on hand and foot. Must have to be a regular to get service. As an out of towner would not suggest goingthere. This is a Boston pizza the same as all other Boston Pizza's. I've been here lots because I know exactly what I'm going to get,... it's not a surprise. When you're working on the road consistency is a great thing. I've had all the different experiences atthis Boston Pizza (dine in, takeout and delivery) all the staff I've dealt with have been great and for the most part I get whatI order. The service was amazing but the chicken wings were absolutely terrible. Came out super overcooked. I said something to the... waitress and got them remade and the new ones were still over cooked and had like NO salt on them and way too much pepper.Sucked it up and ate it anyways. Manager came and told us some story about how they bake them then deep fry them (which isabsurd… of course it’s super over cooked then) and told me “everyone else seems to like them”. Ended up paying fullprice for a meal I had to tolerate. Not impressed. Read more
It was ok. Sat ourselves as there was no one at the front and the rest of our party was inside already. I will say that the... place was fairly empty at the time. The waitress came pretty quick, drinks came quickly, food came quickly but no one came backfor drink refills until we were ready to go. The food was alright. Read more
