I actually didn't have the greatest experience at this location. I mean it was outright horrible. But I'm giving it four stars... because the lead that day did everything he could to make it better. And he did make it better. So because of his good customerservice I'll keep the negative stuff to myself. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he's a short dark skin brother. We paid for our food through the White Castle app. Which means our food should be ready to just pick up and go. The door was... locked and they told us to go through the drive-thru. Why do I have to go through the drive when our food should be ready? Thepoint of ordering through the app is to pick up and go. So we had to wait 40 mins to get food order about an hour ago. If youwant White Castle, don’t go to this one. Drive the extra miles. This place is no good. Update: Makes things worse. We get tothe window and the young lady has an attitude. And we still had to wait for fries to be ready. I’m still waiting while I’mwriting this review. What turned into what suppose to be a 5-10 mins stop turned into a 45 min wait. Visited at about 2:00 a.m. . It took forever for the line to move, they seem to have two or three people working there so I... don't understand what it took so long, my coupon expired before I could get to the window to show the person taking the ordersin the food just seemed to be subpar this time. Now if you know and love White Castle like I do, disregard this. This is partof the standard White Castle experience, except for the subpar food part. That's a fluke. Read more
I eat here a lot, but I recently stop because they recently hired a girl who doesn't haveanners and respect. Minis that it now... takes too long to get your food ready and the are no one waiting. So, I came and ordered my breakfast and I was the onlycustomer in line. I placed my first order and was in the middle of ordering the second and this girl just cut me off and gave methe wrong g other. I got to the window and I explained to this nice lady at the window what happened and she told me everycustomer complains about this particular employee. I could here her from the back arguing with the manager, but couldn't come tothe window. I think if people are gonna leave their ???? to come give a customer attitudes when I'm I'm spending my money tobuy what I want to eat, you should just stay home and not even come to work. I literally stopped buying here because of her badmanners and approach. Hope the replace her with someone better. Read more

I ordered a crave box, sack of fries and onion chips. There's a box with additional instructions on it. In that box I clearly... stated EXTRA ONIONS. Food and delivery ended up being $44 and I didn't get what I paid for. How easy is it to fill my orderproperly? I will NEVER frequent the Zane location. The burgers were dry, tasteless and just plain awful. If it wasn't for my3 Grand Bay Bays and how much I paid, I would have thrown them in the trash! Their burgers taste NOTHING like they should andevidently whomever made them just didn't give a damn. Read more
I actually come here mostly when i want white castle and i always have had a good experience….but this day was pretty bad. the... manager for this night, whom announced herself as, stopped the worker on window from doing our order very rudely and reading ourorder as if we ordered too much when we ordered clearly and respectfully as i know from experience in working fast food, howhard it is. Then she went “okay” and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. i’ve never been treated badly here so it waspretty disappointing and honestly i won’t come back. That’s just embarrassing and i don’t know if her daddy left orsomething but she should work on that. Read more
