Long line due to little to no service. Waited 5 mins for someone to speak and take my order. Each car probably waited 5 mins... each. Said hello 2 times and got a response. This was one of the worst drive-through's I have been to. It took us 40 minutes in line. The guy working the speaker mumbled/... sounded like he was high. We could barely understand him. To make sure we confirmed 2x the extra order of large fries. Hemumbled something sounding like he was annoyed. It took us about 30 minutes from ordering to getting our food. When we finallygot to the window we saw 2 guys chatting not working. We got our order it was ice cold, like it had been sitting there for 30minutes, they forgot the large fries, and they put extra bacon on my sandwich when I asked for none. Now I can no longer eat mysandwich. I understand worker shortage and fast food orders taking longer, but to see the workers chatting and not working,along with the cold food and messed up orders was unacceptable. Read more
