I got a sort of inside-out burrito?.I ordered a Quesarito and customized it. I received the burrito, and all the cold... ingredients were in between the tortillas where melted cheese usually is, and the beef and rice were on the inside. No cheese atall. Someone working there was having a bad night! We had 4 other items that were incorrect, as well, but not to this degree.Nice concept but not if the orders are wrong. Fun, unique, interesting experience at the new Taco Bell drive through concept. The best option to get the most out of your... experience is to order ahead using the mobile order app, then make your way to the Order Pickup line. Here, your order willarrive in an elevator-type mechanism similar to a bank drive-thru. It was fun for the kids to watch (and parents, too!). Visited around 11:30pm on the day of their grand opening. It's definitely different than any other fast food drive thru so it's... going to take a while for customers and workers to get the hang of it. Overall it was fun and the staff was great, you can hearthe staff through the speakers crystal clear and without being too loud or too quiet, and the receipts on the bags are easy toread. Minus 1 star because I've gone there twice as of 06/13/2022 and they've messed up my order in multiple ways both times.They also had a hard time finding my order and kept repeating my name wrong (Garret instead of Derek) when trying to find myorder. At first the worker didn't even try to figure it out, just kept saying it's not in their system. After enough persistencethey put someone else on the speaker and it turns out my order had been sitting on the side for about 45 minutes already (yes ittakes that long to get through the line) which is why they couldn't find it in their system, they marked it as completealready. Tips: For mobile orders make sure to have your phone's screen brightness up high enough otherwise the scanner won't beable to read the QR code. There is also the option to enter the numerical code if the scanner doesn't work (or if your phonedies while waiting in line, oops). Read more
Taco Bell Defy! It's still Taco Bell, so you are likely familiar with their food. It's basically like a bank drive through, but... with food. The tacos and burritos at this location were stuffed full and were definitely fresh which was great. The NachosBellGrande were a little bit light on beef, but it was nice that there wasn't too much cheese so the chips stayed crunchy. Thisis a new concept store and it just opened this week, so it was extremely busy. This made the wait fairly long, but it wasunderstandable since they just opened. I'm sure things will improve over time. Read more
Awesome restaurant concept, great service, amazing food as always. This system is amazing. I definitely recommend ordering with... the Taco Bell app ahead of time (like before you get there), it makes the process so smooth and amazing. Watch you food dropdown the tube! It's your typical budget friendly Taco Bell. They do have a traditional drive through or you can order with the app and the food... comes down to you in a shuttle system similar to a bank. Lots of purple lights made this place kind of fun in the evening. Theyprepared our food very quickly. Read more
