Typically, my food is awesome and looks great. Tonight my tacos were soggy and thrown together. I feel like the attendant knew... it when they told me to check and ?make sure it is okay.? How do I do that in the car? Not happy tonight. Read more
Forgetting to hand out our drinks not a big deal but.. The drive thru girl rude af, with an attitude, when I pulled up to ask... about my missing drink. The other workers are chill and big thanks too the guy for handing out the drinks. Read more
This is the best Taco Bell around. Always fast, friendly and good food. The man working the drive through window most weekdays... around mid day is very good at his job. No matter which one I go to, rarely do they get the order right. Most recently they left out almost half of the order. 2 chicken... soft tacos, and 2 hard shell tacos. And often they are out of products. This time, again, they were out of mild sauce. Like somany other places, the service is getting worse, and the prices are going up. So not only do I get charged for things I don'tget, but I also have to either eat the loss, or go thru the hassle of contacting them to right the wrong. How hard is it to reada screen. Every time I've gone thru drive thru my order has been short. The customer service lacks and the quality is bad.
First time visiting Taco Bell in 5-7 years, last time I visited one I was told the non greasy Gordita was no longer available... but the greasy fried Gordita called the Chalupa was available..... I didn't want the grease and quit going there. Recently Isaw a commercial for a Gordita Crunch and decided to try it, I ordered the combo meal which came with 2 soft shelled.... theycalled them tacos but where is the meat. I needed sauce for my so called meal, I wanted 3 for the Gordita Crunch and a total of4 for the 2 tacos (2 per taco), I was given 3 packets and was told they could not give me adequate sauce and the manager evenslammed the drive thru window on me instead of being civil. If I could I would give negative 10 stars because of the EXTREMELYpoor service and the lack of fillings, most notably the meat in my Tacos. I WILL NEVER return to Taco Bell, the saying "TheCustomer is ALWAYS RIGHT" seems to be lost on the employees here and I will be contacting Corporate on Monday as well. Finalthoughts Taco Bell had a chance to earn back a customer, instead they drove one away, I wonder just how many customers they havelost that are not vocal about the disservice provided here. Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere else that doesn't steal from you. If I could give zero star I would. Came late in the night and... was up charged by them on a $5 meal. On the screen my total went up to 16 from changing the protein to chicken. I was up chargedup to 6 times subs beef to chicken; total an extra $6. Told them to fix it and the total was supposed to be $8.60 something.Went to the window and was never give my receipt or offered it. Checked my bank account and they still up charged my order to$14. They be taking out extra cash for themselves from the register from charging people. Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere elsethat doesn't steal from you. Read more
