3 starts b/c I usually have the best experience here, but this was a 1 star experience. I just waited 3 minutes in the lobby... before anyone came to help me. It was another 5 minutes before both of my sandwhiches were even in the toaster, the people atthe counter didn't even know how much of what type of meats on each sandwhich. Employees were completely unattentive, made me amessy sandwhich and clearly had no idea what they were doing. We had a coupon that said it was still valid with a clearexpiration date but the person ringing us told us it was expired in their system and there was nothing they could do. Walked inwith a $12.99 coupon for 2 footlongs and my total ended up being $25.94 for two messy soggy sandwhiches that I don't know howI'm going to eat. Very nice guy making my sandwich. He finishes the meat and cheese part of my sandwich and was about to put it in the fast oven.... A girl was working as well and she dropped the tray and basket to the fast oven on the ground and picked it up, put it on thedoor of the open oven door offering my sandwich artist to put my sandwich on it. He proceeded to put my foot long sandwich onthe freshly dropped pan and tray. I know the sandwich has that paper under it but it?s still gets wrapped up with my sandwich? Ishould have said something but I didn?t and I shouldn?t have to. That?s is still disgusting even if it doesn?t directly touch mysandwich. Your employees should know by now anything that is dropped on the floor either gets thrown away or cleaned. Read more
