Supposedly a 24 hours drive thru and this employee refuses to take our order. Then goes and sit in the dining room and stays on... his phone. I guess McDonald pays their workers to sit around on their phones now days! Read more
We waited in line for 15 mins around 2am ish in the morning. When we got to the drive thru menu the workers turned off the light... without any explanation to the 15 cars waiting in line. So after pulling up to the drive thru menu and waiting another 10 minswith no response or no explanation we pulled up to the 2nd window. The employee didn?t even open the window to offer anexplanation, he just did the slash across the neck indicating it was closed. If you need employees to take a break at least butup a sign or make an announcement. No need to waste everyone?s time. Read more

Sometimes they are fast other times they are just terrible. One time I ordered for pickup and they just cleared out my order and... I sat and spot number three for about 20 minutes. Another time I asked for iced coffee with three extra shots of espresso and Iguess they just decided that was too much work and they didn't feel like putting the shots in that I paid for. Most of them havenever heard of the words thank you or please. They literally just hand you the food like a speechless robot that doesn't want todo their job. Read more
