Very disappointed in the quality of service. I ordered via the app at 5:50pm and the app said my 2 cold sandwiches would be... ready at 6:10pm. My husband sat there at Jersey Mikes for over 40min before he got his sandwiches. Mark, the shift leader keptsaying they were working on it. Mark was unapologetic and just said that just the way it is. We will not be going to this storeagain. Read more
