Reviews for Glamaur African Kitchen in Brooklyn Park, MN
I work out of California and for the price that they give us food here in Minnesota the meats are so small and Tiny they need to... reconsider we pay $16 to $18 for food in Los Angeles and way better than this Read more
Price is a little on the high side. The food is ok; too salty. Reduce the amount of salt used during preparation. Those that... like more salt (high blood pressure and heart disease) can add more to their own portion. Read more
I would say the food here is delicious. I have eaten here many times and still as delicious. Now, WHY 3 stars, well to me... good/great food is expected whenever I am paying for it. BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER TO GO, PLEASE OPEN IT IN FRONT OF THEMBEFORE YOU LEAVE... I KEEP RECEIVING LESS AND LESS OF MY ORDER. THIS IS FRUSTRATING, GIVE ME THE AMOUNT OF FOOD I PAIDFOR. THANK YOU Read more

The food is delicious! Love their pounded yam and bitter leaf soup. My second time at this place was disappointing! The server... was rude, and the meat pie was not well done. I Read more
GREAT experience, and such good food! Everyone there was so kind -- both the employees and the patrons -- and we felt welcome... and appreciated. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend the beans and plantains, if you like spicy food; otherwise, the jollofrice with beef was very tasty! Definitely stop in if you're in the area! Read more
The young cashier was pleasant. I had their cassava when they 1st opened and it was mediocre. This was my 2nd time having it and... it was not good at all. Taste like it had been scorched also lacked flavor. There were also tiny bone fragments throughout theentire dish so even if the flavor was good I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it, spitting tiny fragments out every few seconds. This was my 1st time trying the egusi and fufu. The fufu taste like flavorless mashed potatoes. The egusi was a bit spicy but itwas ok. It also lacked flavor and nothing had salt in it. When I got home I put garlic salt in the egusi soup and it taste 10×better but still not something I would order again. The chicken in both dishes were weird cuts that I couldn't recognize aschicken. The fish was dried out. The food in the glass heater looked old. The restroom could use a good cleaning and orremodeling. I won't go here anymore. Read more
