As with all Domino's locations, they offer Hot Sauce as a paid topping, but in order to get it, you have to smell your pizza... once it's handed to you, remind them you asked for and paid for it, and receive 3x more than you wanted when they take it backto the prep area and drown it, and settle for it not being baked into the pizza. I order a Buffalo Chicken Pizza every time I goto any Domino's and unless personally supervised, this is the standard experience without deviation. If you're aware you won'tget what you order in advance, it's less disappointing. Read more
Placed an order at 11 , called store a bit later bc my app wasn?t working. They informed me that even though I placed the order... for delivery they were not able to do delivery until 12. I was fine with this even though it was frustrating. Then two hoursafter my order was placed they canceled my order with no explanation. I called the store and spoke to the manager, not only didthe manager not give any apology or solution, she told me I was not going to receive my order because the area I live in is a?bad area and people steal over there? I explained that I paid with card ahead of time so there would be no worry of me stealinganything, The manager proceeded to raise her voice at me & and reiterate how they won?t deliver to anywhere in our area becauseit?s a bad area. I had a good experience once giving them the benefit of the doubt but now my second time ordering. I am currently writing this... as my pizza has not arrived yet from 6:36pm, now its 8:03pm. I also forget to mention that I got hanged up on because the personworking there purposely pretended not to hear me. Read more
I ordered my pizzas at 9:24pm and now it's 11:36pm still in the prep phase on the tracker. I gave them the benefit of the doubt... knowing that their busy, so I waited around 10:30 to give them a call for an update. It was an answering machine looping for 15minutes or more. I wanted to cancel my order to get a refund, but since they didn't answer at all, I called my bank and askedfor a charge back. Do not order from this place. If I could give a no star review, I would. It took an hour and 45 minutes for us to recieve our pizza and when it did finally... arrive, it was barely above room temperature. You can tell that the boxes had been sitting in the hot bags and the pizzas areburnt and the driver slid them. After everything is said and done, we spent $45 and I wish I had taken my money elsewhere. Whenthe driver arrived, he didn't apologize for how long it took. I can understand being short staffed but when our food is barelywarm, you should at least pretend to be remorseful. We watched the tracker and it seemed like the driver spent 20 minutes in oneplace before he actually got to our house. Highly disappointed. Don't waste your time, just order Jets or Pizza Hut instead, atleast I know they'll deliver me warn food. Read more
I have been ordering pizza from Domino's for 35 years and this was by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Dominos and I... have been to almost every location in Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. The crust is thin and flat from the center to theoverly bubbled edge. I ordered extra cheese and it does not have extra cheese. Read more
Will never waste my time ordering from this store again. Waited almost 2 full hours and kept being told false stories that my... order should be delivered in 10-30 minutes. My order was on prep the entire time. Wanted to cancel but the lady said call backin 10 minutes. Eventually did call again and cancelled the order. Should have learned my lesson when I had to call my bank lasttime to get my money back after being served black burnt pizza and a two hour wait with no worker answering the phone. Read more
