Went through the drive through and the line was so slow. The girl who took my order was short with me, abrupt, and rude. I... couldn't understand her as she was mumbling and sluring her words and had no idea what my total was. As I got to the windowthere was nothing but the smell of dope coming out of the restaurant and into my vehicle. She took my card still without givingme a total. I was charged for a burger twice the size I ordered but was not given a receipt or total. I had to look up my bankstatement to find the amount and I was charged over $20 for a burger and the 4 for $4 meal! Since when did Wendy's become a $16burger worthy place?!! Read more
This Wendy's has to be the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 15 min to... place my order and the girl taking my order is laughing and talking to other workers. When I started placing my order she askedif I could hold for a sec. Then made me wait another 3 min. When she came back she was still laughing and talking to otheremployees instead of making sure my order was put in correctly. And of course they messed up my order! The service here isterrible. Terrible. I waited 12 mins for a simple bag of ice. My husband and I use to work this location. We never had waits extended... 4mins. The wait time is absolutely absurd! I like Wendy's. Been eating there for decades. Burgers are generous, fresh, and a cut above typical burger joints. I love the... fries. I think they have good salads. Here's a lynch hack, buy the baked potato with chives and sour cream. Now get the Chili.Eat them together, dump the chili on the potato, for a very satisfying meal. Don't forget the chocolate Frosty! Seriously need some upper management supervision over these kids. Got everything wrong on our order. Had to show them our... receipt and explain THEY asked US if we wanted to upgrade our combo to a large and we said Yes please and can I add bacon tothat? They acknowledged the bacon, and it was on the receipt. Also ordered a large frosty. Got to the food window, was handed asmall bag of the wrong order. Had to repeat our order 3 maybe 4 times. Still tried to hand us a small fry and small frosty. Atthat point we opened our sandwich and guess what!?! NO BACON! Showed them our receipt a second time. Had the drive thru lineheld up for 20 minutes while 4 kids were giving US attitude for THEIR mistakes?!? And now we are too scared to eat our food forfear of spit in it..
