DON'T EVER GO HERE!! I ordered for catering for 6 meals. They did not have it ready when I got there. I ordered it a day ahead... and gave them an extra hour and half and it still wasn't ready! For only 6 sandwiches. The manager called me to apologize andsaid she would credit me. Then called back and said they would not allow her to do that and she would pay for them out of herOWN POCKET! I told her that was unacceptable. She should not be paying for anything! Then she called me back and said that shetalked to the owner and they would give me gift cards. To come in after work to pick them up. So I go there after work and thereare no gift cards. I call the owner and SHE YELLS AT ME!!!! I'm done. My company orders catering through there a couple times amonth, but not anymore. Obviously the owner is horrible to her employees and her customers! Read more

Ordered on the app for pickup so I wouldn?t have to go in. The app said to park in pick up spot for pick up. Due to social... unrest area is blocked off. I called and they said I would have to come in to get my order. Ok but it?s inside a huge Wal-Martand the parking was not good. So I asked for a refund and was told I would have to come in to get it. WHAT I asked to just putit back on my card and she said she couldn?t do that. WHAT She said she would have to call the manager and I should call back in5 minutes. I didn't get the young lady name that helped me but she went above and beyond to ensure that she found the featured toy box for... the kids meal. Some people will say that's her job but she could've simply said she didn't see it or couldn't find it and sentme along the way. Her patience ensured my son had the biggest smile on his face. I went in there to just grab two sandwiches and there was one person a head of me and one person working up front which is usual... and fine with me I believe his name was Sean he was handling everything well but this is the issue a lady came from the back tohelp up front which I think was unnecessary if she had an attitude I was on the phone to place the first sandwich order I toldher the bread I wanted and she asked me what kind of meat I told the person on the phone what meats that they had on thesandwich she was getting and the lady repeated herself what kind of meat but with a rude/ attitude tone and I told her hold onI am trying to figure it out and there was no need for her tone and then she walked away to the back telling Sean to help outbecause she was busy and that she had other things to do.
