Ordered from here twice for delivery never again. As I currently am waiting for my order it has been 20 minutes since they said... they were on the way and the store is only 7 minutes away. My delivery driver has been Trudy both times and each time my foodhas come 30+ minutes later than originally told. Therefore I only give them 1 star. Place says open but the door is locked. The workers are inside but decided to ignore me. The closing time says 12:00am and it's... only 11:13. Y'all couldn't be anymore unprofessional. Of course what can you expect from Domino's? Read more
This place is the worst, made an order over the phone. Said 30-40 minutes no big deal right? Wrong never showed upafter 3 hours... of waiting i called and called the store 8 times to be continuously hung up on i tracked it on the tracker and they justcanceled it but never been reimbursed for what i paid so had to call the card company and tell them to not post or allowpayment and so i dont loose my money for nothing Read more
The Brooklyn Center location has gone downhill rapidly over the past 2-3yrs and they can't blame it on Covid because their... decline began way before Covid became an outbreak. Delivery would give you an estimated length of time until your order wouldarrive but the driver wouldn't show up anywhere close to what the online ordering tells you. Often times my daughter and Iwouldn't be hungry by the time our food was delivered cuz we would need to have a snack of some type just to get us by. Sodinner was out of the question. Read more
I came to pick up a pizza ordered online at 11:30 and was unable to get my pizza because they locked the doors decided not to... answer the phone so that they could bring my pizza out and on top of that they ignored me and acted like they didn't see mewaiting at the door and apparently the doorbell doesn't work or maybe they just ignored that too. Either way this is why I willnever pay ahead with domino's things like this happen way too often. But yeah I waited on the phone line until they closed atmidnight and never got an answer so I would recommend going to a different place to eat like the wing stop next door Read more
Do NOT order from this place. Delivery took 2 hours. I called, 30 minutes wait time. The staff was rude. The pizza came, it was... cold and raw. Go elsewhere with your money. I don't want to give them the mandatory one star. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order and orders 2/6.99 and redeemed my free pizza as well. My total was $20... after delivery and tip. I got a call saying they didn?t have medium pizzas. And I could upgrade to a large and pay the extra. Isat on the phone for 30 mins with some guy who had no idea what he was doing I finally asked to speak to a manager because thegentleman kept putting me on hold and saying I could just order it tomorrow. I asked if the would do a deal for me since it?snot my fault for them not having mediums as I wanted to use the coupon they just kept saying no we can?t work with you eitherorder tomorrow or get charged for 2 larges and lose out on the 2 for $6.99. Last minute they said they could do thin crust pizzabut it?s not part of the $6.99 so I would have to pay full price?. I ended up taking half my stuff off and they have yet to fixthe charges to my card. So after over an hour I just gave in. I will be going up there tomorrow if the charges aren?t fixedsince my card was charged multiple times none of them got the correct amount.
