If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings. The pizza was fine but the wings were... slimy and soft. When I called back to ask why the wings were slimy and undercooked the manager working the floor told me that?show their chicken is made and then proceeded to ask me in a very rude and condescending tone if I have ever eaten chickenbefore..and then said all chicken is slimy. Listen, I get it, food service is rough but I have never encountered a person sorude and patronizing. The wings were disgusting, my family didn?t even eat them. I asked for the owners number since Heather,the manager, refused to give it to me. I will follow up with corporate. If you?re reading this comment, skip this place. Read more
Cx service was excellent. Ot issue I had was the crust topper wasn't in the crust. I wanted the garlic butter sauce but the... crust was dry and no sign of it anywhere. So they guy added it and I heard the girl say she put it in there already but the guysimply said...well I know but let's make them happy (or something like that). Its to be on the dry crust, not on the pizza. Read more
I ordered 2 salads for dinner tonight. I dumped them in a bowl to eat it and the lettuce is rotting/ rotted. Got grilled chicken... on it and I have to toss them in the trash.... Don't need to be ???? all night... My cost for the 2 salads---$15 Called store.Got $11 credit. Read more
I entered into the restaurant and was told someone would be right with me. The employee approached the counter and asked the... people behind me how may he help them. He then turns his back to me and proceed to do something else. I said excuse me to gethis attention, informed him I needed to pick up my order, and let him knew I had arrived prior to the people he had just helpedbehind me. He said he thought someone else had helped me. I gave him the name for my order he told me he couldn't find it. Heasked what I had ordered I told him my order. He said I didn't call that store because they no longer sell cheesy bread. Iverified the store's phone number and showed him my phone where I had called twice. When I explained to him why I had calledtwice, he informed me he remembered the conversation but doesn't know why my order wasn't ready. He then asked what I hadordered and said he could get it ready quickly. At this point I was outdone. I said no thank you and left. I initially called at4:51pm informed the employee to wait 20 minutes before making my order because I was coming from work on the eastside ofCleveland. The employee said no problem. I show up at 5:40pm to be overlooked and told my order wasn't ready. This was my firsttime utilizing this location and it will certainly be my last. Not what I expected from any Marco's location. Bought 2 carryout pizzas today. There was very little of their famous sause on it. I could count the amount of sausage on one... hand. All cheese. Very disappointing. I know they can do better. Read more
I ordered a big square deal with pineapple on one side, and mushrooms, olives, and green peppers on the other. They got it... wrong, and mixed up the mushrooms and pineapple. When I called to try and fix the order/get a replacement, the guy who pickedup told me he "made it himself" and it was what I wanted. He offered me $5 in store credit but nothing more, not even anapology. This store is good for cheap pizza, but you get what you pay for in terms of customer service or care. I doubt I'llcome back. Please excuse any typing error oh, I'm trying to type with just one hand because I can't let this pizza go with my other hand. I... got the chicken Florentine pizza with a thin crust. This is honestly the best pizza I've ever had from a "chain" restaurant. Theprice was excellent, 12.99 for a large. It was ready on time, and cooked to Perfection. The entire crew there was very pleasant.I can't say enough good things about this pizza joint. Read more
I've never had an issue ordering here. Pizza is always right and on time.
