My friend and I both had a sampler platter which had honey ham steak, meatloaf, chicken and southern style dumplings as a base.... Three sides were offered with this meal. I had sweet baby carrots, mashed potatoes and white gravy and oh my mama this ginormoussweet potato with pecans and a caramel sauce with 2 huge toasted marshmallows on top.
