Has to be my worst experience ever! Worse customer service ever. I was given a cup of casamigos with a fly in it. I alerted... staff. A waiter that appeared to be the manager tells me they can?t replace it with ?casamigos? because it?s ?expensive?,alternatively mentioning he can give me the ?house tequila?. I was expected to still pay full price for my drink that I barelywas able to drink ?before noticing the fly(refer to picture). The waiter then mentioned he can replace it with casamigos. Icatch him trying to pluck the fly out when I turned around(my table was very close to the bar). This was noted when Iimmediately turned around and saw him fiddling with the cup, in preparation to bring it back. I directly asked why was hepicking the fly out, his facial expression said it all. The entire bar team were staring at me, as though I was a nuisance. Inever experienced this level of SUB PAR customer service. Idk if my standard is high because I?m a nurse and truly care aboutthe treatment and respect I give my patients. In a nutshell, I told the staff to just skip the drink altogether. Read more
I like the ambiance. Food was good. Love my frozen margarita in a ???? watermelon. Very cute. Burger was good. Chicken tacos... ???? was goid as well. Sat on the rooftop in corner seat. Best seat in the house. Read more
The food was okay but the drinks are really good. They charge an extra 20% on top pf your bill which is a turn off. I would go... back mostly for the drinks. Read more

Amazing customer service and decent prices. Big compliments to the chef for the delicious food. There is waiter named Bruno who... is so friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant to have as a guide for what foods to choose from. This restaurant deserves highpraise for their overall excellence. Plus the setup and greenery makes the place look very inviting. I'm telling all of myfriends about this place because it's a 2 thumbs and 5 stars is not sufficient for what you get. The margaritas were amazing, highly recommended! You don?t have to get them spicy but my guest and I chose too. The chips with... guacamole were so good plus the salsa that came with it was so good as well! I really liked the ceviche as well even though itsnot a style of ceviche Im used to having! The steak tacos were super tasty especially with all of the sauces that the tacos camewith (I mostly used the mild and medium). However my fish tacos lacked flavor, I felt that I needed to put more hot sauce on itto enjoy it but the ingredients on the tacos tasted really fresh and great. First time at Zona Rosa and I was sold. My friend was visiting from out of state wanted to have dinner on a rooftop, so I began... the process of looking for one at the 99 hour and I came across Zona Rosa, Unfortunately the rooftop was close on a Monday, butwe decided to stay. Food and drink: Overall amazing. Loved the tacos. And drinks were great. The Rosa sangria was okay. Servicewas on point and very friendly and helpful. Value: I would say average for Brooklyn. For Five of us came out to about240ish. I personally like the Ambiance, very cool. their kitchen is in a refurbished truck, you have to see it ,tastefullydecorated.
