This was the second time I ordered from here. The first time, the wings were incredibly greasy. Like to the point when you pick... up a wing from the parchment paper, there was a pool of grease underneath it. Clearly they don?t let the wings drain when comingout the fryer. That was around the time when they just opened. The second time was about two weeks. I made an order with Ubereats. First off i don?t know if it?s me but their prices got expensive. Then again there is a chicken shortage plus inflation. Iordered boneless wings and fries. The wings don?t come with any ranch or blue cheese which is weird. I thought all wingsstandardly comes with it. I had to pay $1.19 for some blue cheese. Upon delivery of my order, no blue cheese. I called therestaurant and the first guy I spoke to ask if I can come to pick it up because they have no way of sending someone out withjust blue cheese. I told him no and asked to speak to a manager about issuing a refund. He told me call back in about 20-30minutes. I called back and when I asked for the manger and explained why I was calling, this A-hole caught an attitude! Thenerves!!! Told me it was the delivery person?s fault because they are suppose to check the bag and how he can?t do anything forme. I?m like ummm ok?so basically the dip I had to pay for?which didn?t come standard with the order?which wasn?tdelivered?there is no way I can get a refund for? He told me no I need to call Uber and get a refund from them and then hung upthe phone. Talk about Rude. I didn?t catch his name nor do I know if he was the manger or not. This happened 7/19 for an orderplaced at 7:08. The phone conversation happened after 8 maybe even close to9. Staff definitely need training in talking topeople to resolve issues. Read more
I want to give zero stars. Literally still waiting more than 1.5 hrs after placing the order. Every 5 minutes they add more... time. The store should be closing soon and the order is still no where in sight. The 2nd delivery guy (yes it took that long)could only keep saying ?soon?. Never again will they get coins from this house. The ABSOLUTE WORST WINGSTOP LOCATION ON EARTH. I?m a FULTON ST LOYAL CUSTOMER ; eat agh thr Fulton Street location about 2-3... times a month ; consistent every time. This location needs to be shut down or called FRYSTOP because the fries where the bestpart of this waste of $30. Serving burnt fried chicken ; how do you burn a chicken thigh? & over cooked wings. Chicken crumblesall over the chicken thighs & you can no taste the Lemon Pepper. The grease taste like it hasn?t been changed all year. The wings were just ok, The place was clean and the staff was cool, the lady at the register is a tad slow but she did her job,... I couldn't decide what to eat and a manager helped me. I picked 2 flavors and the split them half and half. I recommend thebrownies they have on the counter they were really good. You will have to wait 15 min or so because they are making your orderhott on the spot. I was there on Superbowl Sunday night. It wasn't really crowded at all. I will go back to try other flavors.You get a ton of fries they are very salty but good. Read more
They said to wait 30m for some 20 pc wings. Now keep in mind that nobody else is in just us. We come back 30m later it is not... ready. Asking us to wait another 20-30m just for 20 pieces of wings. Plus horrible customer serivce Read more
