Ordered 20 small sliders in the drive through for 6 folks to share. This deal worked out and filled the gap in hunger during the... afternoon. The small sliders especially slapped when you have the munchies. Recommendation: Go when you are high. Read more
Staff very rude. Had customers standing around and weren't taking orders and when the customers asked can their orders be taken... they were met with rolled eyes or ignored and told they were making orders. Seems like the drive thru was more important. Waited30 mins or more for my order which half was missing and poorly made and it was very dirty inside. White castle the place where I have cheese burgers for breakfast. The breakfast of champions. Ok, maybe not. Regardless I heard... that they had a beef brisket sandwich and I had to try it out. It's actually pretty good (see picture below) Customer service isgood and they have a drive through window. Even though they say that they are open 24 hours on the sign they are not. I gotthere at 7:30 am and they were closed. Don't bother calling them to see if they are open no one answers the phone. You can nowdine in again. Read more
Ok burgers are sloppily made, but whatever fine thats not why im upset. The mozzarella sticks (5) i ordered came with 3 of them... HOLLOW, straight up no cheese just crust, unacceptable!!! Do better white castle, you are one of the few in brooklyn, you needto represent our beloved white castle better. By the way my order was delivered in a wet paper bag (was not raining), my guessis the steaming food soaked the paper bag and the plastic outside bag kept all that moisture. Get it together!!! I have to give 2 stars only because I came all the way from PA to get a crave case. Granted I ordered 2 totalling 40 sliders, so... I know the pressure to fill the order fast was high. The sliders didn't have that steamed goodness I remember and it was taddry. The service was top notch though. Read more
Omg, White Castle use to be a spot no matter what time of the day, you was guaranteed good food. However, I spend $17 on some... food and 90% went in the trash! How the onion rings was soft, they supposed to be fried hard and crispy! that new 1921 sliderneed to time travel back! The meat is so bland, lord! I’m done with fast food! Read more
