This was a 1st visit for me at this Brooklyn Wendy's and all I can say is that Wendy's really has its act together. My favorite... meal, a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was as good in Brooklyn as I've experienced in Long Island. The help was friendly and polite asusual and the drive up service was fast. I definitely recommend the Brooklyn Utica Ave Wendy's which is right next to aKentucky Fried Chicken also on Utica. Read more

I did a mobile order for pickup. I waited about 15 minutes then went to the store. I told them my name and showed them my order... and they told me they were working on it so I waited. After 15 minutes I asked about it and I was told its on the grill. I spokewith the manager after waiting 30 minutes and she had an attitude with me telling me she?s not dealing with any doordash orUber ppl. I told her it was my personal mobile order and she said responded with attitude saying I still have to wait. Ended upwaiting 45 minutes for two burgers. Horrible leadership. Read more

This is my 2nd ever review I'm posting on Google, as I do not care to write reviews, but THIS particular establishment needs to... be reported. Two consecutive times back to back, one day after the next, this "establishment" terribly messed up my order. Evenwhen calling the first time about it (Sept11,2022) & being told by a manager (Tameka) that my WHOLE meal would be replaced, whenI go there the following day (Sept12,2022), I'm then told by a clueless & incompetent cashier girl that "the manager is not in",when that specific manager herself on the phone told me she would surely be there at the time I arrived. After SEVERAL attemptsfor the cashier girl to make it seem as if I'm wrong & "crazy" & to have me leave/drive off, I stand my ground, stay & questionher enough until she then realizes SHE was wrong, by then telling me, "Ohhhhhh yeah she is here" (goofy self smh). Tameka thenexclaims she said she would only replace one sandwich meal, however the recorded phone call (originally for business purposes),just the day prior, when played back, word for word is said to me, TWICE, that my WHOLE meal would be redone. Nevertheless, I,upset by hearing this, still agreed to pay (by her terms), a portion of the meal I originally should've gotten for free, toavoid further issues, just to then before leaving, check my bag of food THIS time around, and see YET AGAIN, they MESSED up myfood order. Seeing this, I say respectfully "I'm not trying to be an a****** & all, but just give me my money back & I will giveyou all the food & drinks back", to which she then takes all the food & drinks back & hands me the money I initially gave. The worst service ever at this location. I ordered a Dave's double with 10piece nuggets and fries with no salt. I stood near the... counter watching every batch of fries that came out of the fryer being poured into the tray. Every batch was added with salt. Iwatched the server prepare my fries and tried serving it to me. I made her and the manager who salted the fries. That I watchedher put salt on all batches. She began to go back abd forth instead of stating that she would make it right. I than stated thatI wanted a refund for the fries and that I no longer was interested. The cashier stated that I have to return the whole orderdue to being a combo meal. I stated to her to just deduct the the amount from the order. That didn't happen. I had to returnthe order and was refunded the monies. The service and the wait time was horrible. They need more training. Along with learningbetter customer service skills. Good service, but the dining area needs to be cleaner. Garbage cans are always overflowing and the tables are dirty. The food is... always fresh. When it's busy, two cashier's are needed. One cashier working holds the line up. This location needs betterorganization. Read more

The young lady taking the order was rude and was rushing my order. The chili was missing. The southwestern salad was missing... bacon. I go to this location at least twice a week and this is the first time that I have thoughts of not returning to yourestablishment. Read more
