Here we go again... it seems that Wendy's has downsized their hamburgers ???? . So after waiting an incredibly lengthy period on... the drive thru line - I ordered: small coke, bacon cheeseburger deluxe and Jr cheeseburger deluxe total $8.24. As I drove up andpaid one cheeseburger was missing! Long line + wrong order all for $8.24. No one ever lost money underestimating theintelligence of the American people. Wendy's fast food is DEAD. This Wendy?s is always confusing because they seem confused. This time I ordered via the app for drive thru order pickup. I ok?d... an order change because they were out of a breakfast item but when I got to the window to pick up my order they didn?t seem toknow what I was picking up. Pickup was super slow. They showed no speed and effort. Even when people were packed inside they're still on slow mode and... talking about a lot of non-work related stuff instead of focusing at the work they're doing. That's why they're so slow.
