The worst seafood place I have even visited. Waited 35mins after being told 15mins. Corn is not cooked at all. Spent 25.03.... Corn was 3. Asked for spicy garlic didn't get it. The contents of the lobster in the roll box and the fries not acceptable. First and last time here for a very long time. I work up the block. Do better. Read more
I can taste all the spices that they put in their food and its good. The front counter employees are super nice. It's clean and... comfortably set up. My only critique is that it was a bit of salt in the seasoning. I called and told them and they put the chefon the phone. He was very receptive to my criticism. I would absolutely visit them again and I suggest people support this upand coming business. Read more
Let me say this.....The Seafood Box was everything that I thought it would be and more the staff was excellent and the food was... delicious and fresh. The $5 holla is a great value for the price and the cornbread is soooooo good. The heavy guy at theregister was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walk into the restaurant overall great experience!!!! The female behind the counter was great but everything else was horrible. Her customer service was on point . So as a first... timer here I didn?t know what to do but I see some selections in a fridge. So I got the $5 holla , a seafood soup , cod fishpatties, salmon patties , crab sticks and also an order of wings. The crab sticks were burnt , the Asian wings tasted old , theseafood soup was way to spicy maybe I should of asked if it was gonna be spicy. The patties were old , the salmon and codfishwere just dried up , The $5 holla was actually good. Which is whiting a with a piece of corn bread. The whiting were extremelysmall but $5 I expected that. Now hence my stars on this review. The guy who was there (tall, heavy set) is there for no reasonat all. He was there on his phone playing solitaire or spades the entire time. Not once did he greet anyone who came in justgave a look. Then After the food comes out the cook comes out and has his hospital band still on ..... Buyers beware. I shouldof just went to Ocean king and would of got better service and much better food. Ate at this location for the 1st time this week. I had the whitening, shrimp and sweet potato fries box. It was good and fresh... not salty or greasy. Oh and the fries were crispy. Its hard to find cripsy sweet potato fries. Read more
The Juicy Box, Waffle box and this place NEVER has patties!!! NEVER!!!! Every time I order it on Seamless I always get refunded... because they don?t have it. I?m done. Like why even have it on the menu...I kept trying but I?m done. I ordered for pickup onseamless. I was given a 30 minute time frame to pickup it up but it took a whole hour to be ready. The food at the Seafood Box is delicious 3. I ordered the Seafood Soup, Shrimp and fish box. I am impressed. The food is very... tasty and inexpensive. The Sea Moss is also delicious.
