I love everything about this restaurant- if you read on you’ll learn why: Host: Super Italian, very friendly, good sense of... humor, warm, sweet nice. Space: it’s so damn cute!!! Feels like your in a little Italian restaurant in Italy. Check out theceiling fans! Both outdoor and indoor seating options are great! Service: most of the servers are from Italy and just reallyhelpful, warm and part of the experience. Wine list: everything we’ve tasted was always amazing. I’ve been here maybe 6times and I’ve yet to drink a bad glass of wine. They also let you sample everything which is nice. Food: so freaking tasty.Everything taste like it was made right when you ordered it. It’s all perfectly seasoned and just really authentic Italianfood. I literally dream of this pasta all the time. Overall great restaurant for date night, friends hang, special occasionsetc. You can make a res and they accept walk ins which makes this a convenient choice! Read more
A neighborhood gem. Cozy Italian - decadent pastas, fantastic natural wines (they are happy to let you try as many as you’d... like before selecting a glass). Friendly, warm, attentive wait staff. A top notch establishment. The wine selection is excellent and the food is even better. I had the black cod that I believe was... on top of red beats tartar and a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom. The combination was revolutionary. The entreesespecially the bruschetta was one of a kind the tomatoes in it were out of this world not to mention the olive oil blew my tastebuds and the bread just wow. Read more
Overall rating: 4.8 So I went probably 5pm when it was just opening. I’ve been wanting to go here for awhile either through... recommendations or online. I was definitely the first and only one here because I made a reso for the first 30 minutes. What Ilove about this place is not the pasta. You can really get good pasta anywhere in NYC. Instead the service was just so good(granted I was the only one here). But each person from the server, to the kitchen staff, to the hostess was so knowledgeable &helpful. I also have been trying to get into natural wine more & I love the vast selection. The only reason it’s not 5 starsis because I feel like the pasta should be $6-$10 cheaper. The pasta was good but it was not worth $28. Will be coming back ona date. Read more
I absolutely confidently and saying I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!! From the smell when you walk in to the seating to the staff to the... music to the aesthetic atmosphere ohhh I’m so I’m love. The venue is beautiful! Cozy interior, nice garden with plenty of blankets and heaters. The dishware was also nice adding to the... restaurants character.
