Okay this store was very clean. I was really impressed by that. I placed my order and waited patiently. It took a minute to... receive my order. The staff moved with no type of urgency. The food was fresh and tasted how I expected it to taste. I ordered aMexican pizza but they had no utensils. I'm a lady and like to use utensils, ???????????. Anywho, the way it was cut by theyoung man that prepared it I was able to eat it with very little mess. I would go back. But bring my own utensils. Just in case. Read more

Lena and David are very respectful and very helpful, I would recommend this Taco Bell to anyone as long as they are working, One... of the decent Taco Bells in New York City, both great workers by the way, I'm very satisfied ????with the service from both ofthem. However other than these two people the rest of the establishment is anti semitic and are very disrespectful andunprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers, especially people in there own community. If there were more workerslike Lena and David this place would be one of the best Taco Bell's in New York. There are a bunch of young women who work here,and they are very unorganized and slow, and there are always issues with the food, it's ridiculous, they need new experiencedemployees asap. Read more
Moderately packed with people during weekdays......you order your food through a digital screen as well as pay on it as well,... unless you pay cash only you have to go up to the counter after confirming order............The reason this is not getting a 5star is my orders of 12 pack taco took a long while to be ready to serve. The are extremely slow at this location. Everyone was for their food. Several of the pick-up delivery drivers complained that... they have been all waiting for over 30 minutes. I made my order for pick-up on Uber eats. The apps said that my order wasready for pick-up. The location is approximately 10 minutes from my house. After getting the location I waited for over 20minutes for my order to be ready. It wasn't a complicated order. Three Doritos Supreme Tacos, 2 Black bean burritos, and aCheese Quesada. The worst Service . I didn?t even get sour creams on my supreme meals . They had my phone sitting . Only thing worth buying is... soda . Cleo the so called manager must only managed tomatoes because my whole meal should be refunded . This staff definitely isworth $12 an hour. I work for $24 an hour and produce more food in a shorter time. No communication with the worst burritoroller alive. I seen cashier step in the back and handle food without gloves. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This place is TERRIBLE!!! I got 2 crunchy taco supremes with nacho cheese. There was no nacho cheese OR... SOUR CREAM And they put tomatoes and I said no tomatoes!!! I ordered a spicy potato soft taco with beef in it. NO BEEF! Lastly,I bought a chicken quesadilla and they didn?t even give it to me! I?ve ordered from here before and the same thing happened butI figured it was a mistake and it was late at night but nope!
