Can't figure out how to leave an Uber Eats review, so I'll drop it here. Already a fan before I even opened the bag because they... left me a handwritten welcome/TY note, awww. Great to see appreciation for that old school customer service. Everything wascorrect and bagged together, which is amazing given how many restaurants forget drinks. Order was nice and hot, but that'sprobably mainly because the delivery guy had a car. Anyhow I hope they're just as great in person because I'll definitelypatronize this place again. If you are in search of simply delicious breakfast sandwiches, look no further than Sweetwaters in Park Slope. Realizing we had... two hours till we could get to the gym, we visited Sweetwaters for a light breakfast. The space is large and clean. It has thisnew yet familiar feel to it. The staff was quite professional and welcoming too. We both opted for a turkey, egg and cheese ona fresh biscuit. The biscuit was light and flaky, proving to be the perfect platform for the other ingredients. Topped off witha delightful Pumpkin Latte. Seriously looking forward to our next visit. Read more
This Review is way overdue. This is the most classy, upscale coffee shop in Brooklyn and maybe New York City. The ambiance is... lovely, the menu is amazing and you can see the pastries in the display case that are always fresh and delicious. The coffee isperfect, hot and delicious. The atmosphere is inviting and the Service is just great! When you come in you are greeted by thestaff and made to feel welcome. The owner, himself, is usually there and he is very personable, making sure I am satisfied withmy order. I am a Senior citizen and love the service here. Starbucks is no comparison to this place. I come in from StatenIsland and whenever I am in that neighborhood, I could never pass them by. I also buy pastries to take out. I commend theownership and the service staff there! Cheers! I will start by saying the food and drinks at this place are amazing. I saw such great reviews I wanted to take it upon myself... to try Sweetwaters on my own. I love a good breakfast sandwich and cold brew! First off, this place is WAY too expensive. Abreakfast sandwich and cold brew for almost $15. Insane. It is high quality food, but this is a cafe, not a 5 star restaurant.This is probably the main reason I won't be returning. This, and the service. When I ordered, I was looked at like I had 5heads. BOTH times I came in on 2 separate occasions. The first time, the cashier was extremely sassy, and "forgot" to charge mefor a drink when I was very clear on my order. She made it seem like it was my fault and that I forgot, when clearly I didn't.The order was already expensive, but there went another $6.... Another employee helped me with my food, and looked at me veryconfused when I just ordered a regular sandwich. This experience also happened the second and final time I went. I also askedfor more cream to be put in my coffee, and was met with very confused looks. Not a big ask, at all..... These are more mildthings, but they stuck out so big to me. I never write reviews, but since I had two weird, negative experiences, I wanted towrite it down. Even though the food and drinks are good, I do not recommend this location again. Read more
I always mean to write a positive review after my experience at Sweetwaters and end up forgetting. It's a clean and welcoming... place. They truly have some of the nicest people working there & tastiest cold brew in the area. Great matcha and service! The baristas were super accommodating of all my requests - using my own thermos, modifying my order to... leave out sugar, adding honey and cinnamon. Highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie, it?s got a rich, chewy, nutty flavorthat makes it way more than a basic chocolate chip cookie! Read more
I?m very heavy on supporting black businesses and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I love love love abbiano. Its very smooth and the... flavor is amazing! I only come here every few weeks being that I don?t live in the neighborhood and the baristas always remembermy order which really makes my day. I also had to try the joy bar and the chocolate chips were a bit too big for my liking andthe bar itself was cold but it was still very delicious!! Read more
One of my favorite coffee shops in Brooklyn! Love the holiday drinks (get the Peppa Bark latte with oat milk ??)! It's clean and... quiet - gotta love that. Just a great place to grab something hot to drink and a dessert. It's also a nice spot to meet a friendor client for a chat, lots of cute tables and chairs. Read more
