Always very friendly, prompt, and quality service. Only 24 hour joint around for late night hunger. And really good food, not... just the bagels (although those are great). Read more

Staff was rude. When asked how long will the food take (after 20+ minutes), the woman behind gave a nasty response basically... saying that the food is made fresh, don't ask questions, just wait. Instead of taking accountability for her staff being sobehind on the orders. I understand it's not fast food but they mainly make bagels, sandwiches and salads. It was about 10:30 AM,I wasn't waiting for complex orders. Part of my order was a greek salad and I specifically said no cheese, 3 times. I verifiedthat I had all my orders when the food was finally ready (approx.50 min.). However, when I got home and took out my salad it hadfeta cheese in it and it was all broken up, mixed up together and blended with the dressing. I was too far away to go back. Wound up throwing it away. It was my first and last time going there. Read more

Food is good. Take forever to deliver. Placed an order at 1145. Call the resteraunt at 1255 and the lady says they are going to... send it out now. Meaning the food was done and they just let it sit there for an hour before attempting to deliver. Happenseverytime. Orders take over an hour to get delivered. I am less than a mile away from the resteraunt. It's like an 8 minutedrive. Read more

I Ordered food through ubereats which took over an hour. I get my order and both of my sandwiches were wrong and the turkey... sandwhich had a LONG PIECE OF CURLY HAIR IN IT AS SOON AS I OPENED THE SANDWHICH OUT OF THE WRAPPER. Uber couldn't help becauseSunset bagels has their own drivers deliver the order. I had to drive 25 minutes back to the store to get an attitude from thelady who worked in the front. She clearly saw the hair in the sandwhich that was not touched. The rude worker called her managerPoncho and Poncho said he can't help me because it was ordered through uber. I have never had an issue like this before where arestaurant who does not follow safety protocol like wearing hair nets when cooking and the establishment was unable to give memy refund due to hair in my food. This place is disgusting. If you like hair in your food please order from here. If you want torude service, come here. This place should be put out of business. Read more
