I really like this spot, the food & coffee and vibes are good, but it's incredibly disorganized. Every time. There are... currently 4 orders of plated food that have been sitting at the espresso machine for at least 15 minutes while the barista makesdrinks over them and doesn't deliver them to anyone. Seems like kitchen, barista and register are all their own entities anddon't know how to help each other out or communicate. Any time I've been here, there are always drinks left sitting on the baruntil they're cold because customers aren't told that they will be put there and not brought to them. Many think this is a sitdown cafe where they will be served and they need to understand that it's not when they order. It's easy to have a script: "Yourdrink will be placed right here on the bar in 5 minutes (or be real, tell someone if it's going to be 30 minutes if it's goingto be 30 minutes). Honestly, the coffee takes forever to get made and it is going to drive away people that are coming only fora quick stop. This place would be awesome and a lot less stressful for everyone working here if there was an actual system orflow set in place. Customers are already getting upset with the person up front on register who is super busy with the line. I'dhate for this place to get a bad rep because I like it. I'd also suggest not accepting online orders during the rush onweekends if the staff isn't capable of keeping up. I've never understood why owners allow this. Read more
I want to really love this spot. It?s super close to my apartment, they?ve got some great outdoor seating, it?s a small business... in Bushwick. Seriously, I want to be able to visit for breakfast, coffee and come back for drinks post work. I?ve given thisspot at minimum 3 tries and every single time I?ve felt underwhelmed and mostly frustrated. Frustrated because a simple icedlatte turns into a 30-40 minute wait regardless of how many or how few, people are there as well. Now I understand that staffingis difficult, but this has been the same issued I?ve experienced for the last 2 years and it has never seemed to get better. Ithink a previous reviewer mentioned it, but theres no sense of urgency (not that coffee demands to drop everything) but you area paying customer and no other coffee shop would ever ask 30 minutes of their customers time. Ive attempted to stop by atdifferent hours of the day in hopes things were better, but I?ve always been met by a long line out the door with out peoplewaiting on coffee or food. I?m going to try and give this spot another chance, because again, they?re soooo close and I love theconcept, and hopefully things start to improve. Read more
I love this place. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for brunch and to sit and study. Food can sometimes take a while but... quality is good. Their french toast is great. Drinks are good but their iced cappucinos aren't always very strong. Other thanthat though I love coming back here. Read more

Honestly the best breakfast I?ve found in Bushwick. Really like this place situated along a street with a good bike lane. It?s a... bit pricey but they have nice coffee and a solid environment to hang out. Outdoor booth and bench as well. The food takes awhile and is usually different depending on who is working the kitchen. Fun spot. Read more

The atmosphere is alright, the drinks were good and the service was so-so. I had the iced matcha latte which was tasty, but for... brunch I ordered the tomato grilled cheese. We waited nearly an hour for food and the grilled cheese was bland and oily. Read more
My partner and i came here for brunch and ordered two items with sides. The first item came after about 40 minutes and the... second and it's side 15 minutes later. We informed them that we were still waiting on another side of potatoes but never got itand left after another 20 minutes had passed. The food was good but service was very disorganized and we really would've likedto have gotten all of the food we paid for as well as being able to eat together. Read more
